  • When will we receive our certification cards?
    You will receive your cards within 7 business days. All our certification are mailed from our Dallas Headquarters. 
  • How long are the certifications valid?
    All of our certifications (CPR, First Aid, ACLS, PALS) are valid for 2 years.
  • What should I wear?
    Our classes involve hands-on practice scenarios so it is best if you wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in. If you have long hair it’s best to wear it back.
  • How do we register and pay?
    Once you have decided on a training date with your account representative, you will receive our welcome member email with instructions on how to create and register your students to the class. Payment terms are negotiated with your account representative, but usually terms are pre-payment or for larger national clients our usual terms are Net 30. We accept all major credit cards, ACH, wire, PO’s, and or Corporate Checks.  Sorry, we don’t accept personal checks or money orders.
  • Who will teach my class?
    Your class will be taught by one of our professional healthcare provider instructors. All of your instructors have performed CPR in real life and will be able to teach you from their first hand experience.
  • Are your courses through the American Heart Association?
    Yes! We are a certified Training Center for the American Heart Association as well as for Medic First Aid Programs. Some workplace prefer one or the other and that is why we have both options.  We have trained thousands of students and have never had 1 problem with either certification.  We offer 100% money back guarantee!
  • What if we would like yearly refreshers?
    We do provide what we call CPR Drills. Our CPR Drills typically are set at 6 months or 12 months from original training date. We would create scenarios for your staff to act out and refresh these very important skills. ITS ALL ABOUT MUSCLE MEMORY.
  • Do you offer CPR and First Aid Classes in any other languages other than English?
    Yes! We offer classes in both English and Spanish in most of the major markets.
  • How large of a group can you teach?
    We can accommodate any size group!
