Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Onsite CPR Training website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Onsite CPR Training provides professional CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS, and safety training services. Our certified instructors travel to your location to provide training for businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, and other organizations.
Our services include but are not limited to:
- CPR, AED & First Aid Training
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- Bloodborne Pathogens Training
- OSHA Safety Training
- Custom workplace safety programs
Booking and Scheduling
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability or pricing. All quotes are subject to instructor availability and may vary based on location, group size, and scheduling requirements.
Confirmation
Training sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. Until confirmation, dates and pricing are subject to change.
Minimum Group Size
Certain courses may have minimum participant requirements. Pricing may be adjusted if the minimum is not met.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations
- More than 14 days notice: Full refund minus any administrative fees
- 7-14 days notice: 50% of the total fee may be retained
- Less than 7 days notice: Full fee may be retained
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made with at least 7 days notice will be accommodated when possible at no additional charge, subject to instructor availability.
Provider Cancellations
In the rare event that we must cancel a scheduled training, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in your quote and service agreement
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees
- Prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified
Certification
Upon successful completion of a training course, participants will receive certification cards valid for the period specified by the certifying organization (typically 2 years). Certifications are issued by the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or other recognized certifying bodies, depending on the course.
Certification requires active participation in the entire course and successful completion of all required skills demonstrations and/or written assessments. We cannot guarantee certification for participants who do not meet the requirements.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide a suitable training venue with adequate space, lighting, and climate control
- Ensure all participants are present and ready at the scheduled start time
- Provide accurate participant counts in advance
- Inform us of any special requirements or accessibility needs
- Ensure participants are physically able to participate in hands-on training activities
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onsite CPR Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our training is educational in nature and does not guarantee any particular outcome in an emergency situation. The application of skills learned in training depends on many factors beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Onsite CPR Training or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Training materials provided during courses are for personal reference only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use automated systems to access the website without permission
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onsite CPR Training, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
